Exemplo successfully transformed the existing space into a vibrant water play zone, incorporating interactive water features, modern play equipment, and enhanced seating areas. To ensure the safety of both workers and patrons while the centre remained operational, the construction zone was carefully delineated, with barriers installed around the existing pools that were not under construction. The scope of works included the demolition of the existing toddler pool and associated concourses, followed by the construction of a new splash pad featuring interactive water play elements. The project also involved the installation of a balance tank, a plantroom, and a pool filtration system, along with associated concourses, ramps, and stairs. Our approach prioritised efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility. Work stages were carefully planned to align with material deliveries, minimising disruptions and ensuring a seamless delivery process
