Exemplo was engaged to deliver a multi-million-dollar refurbishment of the Prahran Aquatic Centre, commissioned by the City of Stonnington.

Successfully completed on schedule in November 2023, the project marked the first major upgrade for the centre since the mid-90s. Overcoming challenges associated with the ageing infrastructure, Exemplo’s dedicated team delivered a revitalised facility that prioritises safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

The refurbishment encompassed a complete overhaul of the 50-meter pool, the installation of a new state-of-the-art filtration system, extensive renovations to indoor facilities, upgraded change rooms, and improved overall accessibility, ensuring a modern and inclusive experience for all visitors.
