In July 2023, Exemplo Constructions undertook a multimillion-dollar refurbishment of the Prahran Aquatic Centre, commissioned by the City of Stonnington. The project was handed over early and in time for the opening of the centre to the public in the height of Spring on November 1,2023. Exemplo Constructions envisioned modernising the Aquatic Centre, making it inclusive and sustainable. Leveraging their extensive experience in community-focused projects, Exemplo transformed the space to reflect modern elegance.

The revitalised centre now provides patrons with an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Exemplo’s commitment to the community was evident in its focus on minimising disruptions during the transformation process.
