Exemplo Constructions is redeveloping Levels 2 & 4 of Block E at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton, transforming outdated spaces into modern, flexible workplaces that support Monash Health collaborative and hybrid work model.

Level 2 will see 572m² of office space refurbished with reconfigured layouts, acoustic upgrades, renewed finishes, and modern kitchen, bathroom, and breakout facilities. On Level 4, 721m² of laboratories will be demolished and replaced with new office areas, meeting rooms, open-plan zones, and shared spaces supported by complete services upgrades.

Delivered within a live hospital environment, the project demands careful planning to minimise disruption, with strict noise and dust controls, managed deliveries, and maintained shared access. Mechanical, electrical, data, AV, and fire systems will be fully upgraded to Monash Health standards.
