Exemplo Constructions delivered the redevelopment of the playground at Melbourne Grammar School’s Morris Hall Campus, creating a vibrant outdoor environment that reflects the character and spirit of the school. The project comprised of two play zones: an active play area and an imaginative play precinct, including the Imagination Zone with a cubby house and play kitchen to support creative, student‑led learning.

From the early design phase, Exemplo provided buildability and constructability advice to ensure the solution balanced immediate needs with long‑term functionality. With limited street access, a residential setting and a live school environment, careful planning and communication were essential. We managed deliveries to minimise disruption, kept neighbours informed, and remained flexible as the design evolved. With a strong focus on safety and collaboration, the project was successfully completed in alignment with the School’s vision, on time and within budget.
