Project Overview
The project successfully delivered the installation of a new suspended ceiling system with 600×1200 acoustic ceiling tiles, enhancing both acoustics and aesthetics. The flooring was upgraded with durable epoxy, and a bulkhead was constructed to enclose the existing roller door seamlessly. Insulation panels were installed on existing walls, ensuring compliance with thermal requirements.
The electrical scope was completed with precision, incorporating recessed troffer lighting along with emergency and exit lighting to meet safety standards. The mechanical works were efficiently executed, integrating a new ducted ventilation system to enhance air quality. The project was delivered in four meticulously planned stages, ensuring seamless coordination with Cell Care to prevent any disruption to their decades of vital research housed in existing vessels.
