Project Overview
In June 2024, Exemplo Constructions unveiled a project close to our hearts – the newly completed Carrum Downs Recreation Reserve amenity block. Designed with the community in mind, this DDA-compliant facility is poised to enrich the experiences of families and local residents.
Despite a tight 4.5-month timeframe, our team collaborated effectively with Frankston City Council. The result is a robust amenity block that integrates seamlessly into the surrounding environment. Built to last, the amenity block features robust construction with bored piers for a solid foundation and intricate structural steel for stability. The exterior boasts a striking presence thanks to its feature wall with timber battening.
Just like the beautifully designed Carrum Downs Recreation Reserve, every detail mattered in this project. From planning to execution, all aspects were thoroughly considered during regular site meetings. This collaborative approach ensured the final product captured the Council’s envisioned aesthetic.
Blending state-of-the-art facilities with the beauty of nature, Carrum Downs Recreation Reserve was designed to be a true outdoor haven. The amenity block was the final piece of the puzzle, making it a significant milestone. It also represents the first collaboration between Exemplo and the Frankston City Council, paving the way for future partnerships in the city we love.
The Carrum Downs Recreation Reserve amenity block reflects the Exemplo team’s commitment to delivering exceptional construction solutions that add value to communities. We are proud to have played our part in this project and look forward to developing more beautiful spaces for Melburnians to enjoy.
